The Kansas City Spartans will partner with:
LINC (Local Investment Commission) for 2012. They are an entity through the Kansas City Missouri Public School District, providing young children the opportunity to extend their educational experience beyond the classroom setting, before and after school normal hours.
Through this program, the Kansas City Spartans will provide hours of mentoring to young ladies, mainly 6th-8th graders. We will incorporate a sense of leadership, integrity, social skills, and mediation techniques, plus much more!! The ladies as well as LINC are excited and ready to get started.
The Lady Spartans will start their journey with Carver Elementary and Middle School in January 2012.
